As soon as you arrive at our facility. You will receive the wristband at the airport and it will be already assigned to your account. The wristband works in all Pili Pili facilities on Zanzibar, so you can use it in our facilities without any additional formalities.
You have 3 options: contact reception, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or log into your dashboard to lock your wristband.
The wristbands will be handed over with the starter packs at the airport.

At the moment you can do it only by a traditional bank transfer (the title should contain: first and last name, e-mail address and PESEL number). We will keep you informed about the extension of the methods of topping up your account.

Our catering and hotel system records all your transactions – when you pay you still get a receipt to sign, you can check everything in the billing department – contact us by emailing email@example.com or go to our office in Zanzibar to check your history and compare it with your wristband.

In order to obtain an offer and make a reservation, please contact the reservation department, specifying your preferred date of arrival and the number of people. If you already have an object selected – ask about it specifically. If not – we will suggest something that you will surely like.
