CLASSIC
The classic ceremony package includes:
– an officiant at the ceremony
– a shrine with decoration on the beach
– flowers for the Bride and Groom (garland or flowers in hair)
– our wedding playlist ( or your own)
– cruise on a ngalawa boat after the ceremony
– dinner for two with a bottle of Prosecco
– sweet surprise
Package cost is $1500 *
*additional cost of organising the documents with the ambassy is calculated depending on the rates
UPENDO AFRICA
This package includes:
– an officiant at the ceremony
– a shrine with a decoration on the beach
– flowers for the Bride and Groom (garland or flowers in hair)
– cruise on a ngalawa boat after the ceremony
– dinner for two with a bottle of Prosecco
– sweet surprise
– live music
– Masai procession
– breakfast to bed in the day of ceremony
The cost of the package is $1700*
*additional cost of organising the documents with the ambassy is calculated depending on the rates
On request (extra charge*):
– ceremony outside of the hotel
– hairdresser
– make-up artist
– professional photographer & videographer
– personalized wedding decoration
– wedding body henna
– wedding massage
– transfer to/from hotel
– wedding party

3 weeks before the ceremony from both parties:
– a copy of the passport data page
– 2 passport photos each
– Abbreviated, multilingual birth certificate
– Certificate of legal capacity to marry abroad (required in English translated by a sworn translator)
Two witnesses are necessary for the marriage (we can provide them on the PiliPili side)
Other information:
An additional person for dinner is a cost of 100 USD ( including Prosecco, special seafood dinner with lobster)
Reservations are guaranteed by an advance payment of USD 300, the remaining amount payable on the spot in cash.
